  • Four individual make-up and hair stations, this way 2 can get hair and 2 can get make-up done at the same time.

  • Plenty of lighting along with a ring light as well.

  • 2 commercial steamers- for any dresses that may have got a crease in them

  • A full-size bathroom with a shower for any last minute “missed a spot shaving”

  • A kitchen with a refrigerator and freezer for your early morning breakfast while still getting dolled up and ready to roll.

  • Bluetooth speakers for music as you are getting ready.

  • You can choose from 2 different outdoor locations to have your Arbor of choice set, with white chairs set. OR ("Our plan B" in case of rain, and we can make a final decision to be inside or outside 60 minutes prior to the ceremony because our venue doesn't require the hassle of a "room flip.")

  • Someone from the Wisteria Cottage and Barn Team WILL be ON SITE the ENTIRE time of your wedding, making sure that all of your questions are answered, and any vendors questions are answered as well.

  • We will have a parking attendant, helping your guest park. And if needed for any handicap drivers, we can A) drop them at the front door and park for them or B) have them park in front of the reception barn.

  • Giant Connect Four, Giant Jenga, Giant Yardzee,and Cornhole for your guest during cocktail hour.... Included✔️

Additional Details

  • Holiday Weekend Pricing are an additional $500.00

  • Music and Bar conclude by 10:00pm on Fridays and Saturdays and 9:00pm on Sundays and weeknights.

    This gives you an hour for cleanup, etc.

*Two Day Rental -A Pretty

Sweet Perk of Choosing a Friday*

You have the option to add Thursday from 4:00-8:00p.m. To your Friday rental for a $800.00 Thursday rental fee.

Decorate, rehearse, and even have your rehearsal dinner onsite. If you add Thursday to a Friday rental, you’re getting two days for less than the investment of a Saturday.
This is a great option for many of our couples!

Weekday rentals (non-holiday Monday-Thursdays are $4,500. Holiday weekends as shown on the date’s pages for that specific date.

Please Note

We require a $1m event insurance policy with Wisteria Cottage and Barn listed as the additional insured. Approximate cost - approx. $240.

Maryland charges a 6.00% sales tax in addition to the venue rental

Pricing subject to change at any time. Your contract rate and terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date of the tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book, or before we open a future year calendar for booking. If there has been a change in rate, the contracted investment/terms will be based on the date we wrote the contract, not the date of the tour.)

Wisteria Cottage and Barn has no hidden fees. Linens are an addition to our rental fee for an additional cost. (You don’t have to get linens through us - it’s totally optional.)
